A Native Lompocian, Diane grew up in this small town spending her early years with friends and horses. She worked at Avco Finance at the age of 15 through a work education program in High School. After graduation, she was hired full-time working in Mortgage and Consumer finance until she obtained her real estate license in 1981. She began working at Century 21 Armstrong Realty where she had a successful career in sales for 10-years. At the age of 30, she was hired as Manager of the Lompoc Office.  In 1993,  her role expanded to Broker and General Manager of the companies four real estate offices (Lompoc, Santa Maria (2) and Nipomo). She was responsible for up to 150 sales associates, 10 staff members and a full service Property Management division of over 200 properties.  Diane resigned her position in 2010 to start her own firm, Pacific Properties, specializing in Bank Owned Properties.
She holds numerous designations including: Certified Residential Brokerage Manager; Property Management Certification  and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).  Diane recently completed building an Accessory Dwelling Unit, among the first permitted in the City of Lompoc.
